We want you to be happy with what you bought from Crider Software.

Try before you buy

Every product with a live demo can be tried free on this site before you pay, so you can see exactly what you are getting.

14-day refund

If a product does not work for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. Open a support ticket or email our support page with your order number. The refunded license key is cancelled and will stop passing its online check.

After 14 days

Monthly licenses are not refunded once the 14 days have passed; simply do not renew. For yearly and longer licenses we will consider a refund of the unused months when something is wrong on our side, such as a fault we cannot fix.

Add-ons and services

Hosting, domain and setup add-ons are refundable within the same 14 days if the work has not yet been done.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within five to ten business days.
